Our Glass Restoration and Acid-Wash Services can restore chemically damaged or stained glass to its original luster. These services can also remove hard water stains often caused by the natural runoff on stone, concrete, brick and stucco facades or improperly directed sprinkler systems.This condition can also be treated by pressure cleaning the entire building before restoring the glass and then properly waterproofing or sealing the building.
The benefits of a quality Steam Cleaning or Pressure Washing job can be noticed immediately, removing years of built up grime and everyday pollutants left behind by a busy urban environment.
We have many different pressure washing machines available: hot water, cold water and low-pressure chemical applicators. These pressure washing machines range in pressure from 5,000 P.S.I. for tough commercial and light industrial jobs, to as little as 135 P.S.I. for gently cleaning delicate surfaces or applying chemicals without tainting the surrounding areas.
We can also provide environmental protection that will direct and contain rinse water. Contained wastewater can be collected and disposed of in one of the following manners:
- Portable filtration devices which are at least 99 % effective at removing environmental toxins, including oil. The purified water is then returned to the aqueduct via local storm drains.
- Carting away contaminated wastewater to industrial treatment facilities, relieving you of any E.P.A. violation concerns.
Pressure Cleaning – is not always the proper solution though, some surfaces require deep scrubbing. Take concrete or brick, for example, the surfaces are porous and although steam and chemicals are a great combination for most Graffiti Removal jobs, sometimes these surfaces need to be brushed clean with either a little elbow grease or even mechanically.
Soft Washing – is another solution we offer. This method of cleaning has become very popular with homeowners and buildings with E.I.F.S. facades. Soft washing is a cleaning technique that uses low-pressure machines to apply a mixture of Simple Green, bleach and a surfactant to safely clean delicate surfaces. This method will also effectively kill mold, mildew, moss, bacteria, and other microorganisms.
Properly maintained gutters will improve the flow of water, reducing pest population and the damage caused by saturation. We recommend that gutters be cleaned in the spring and fall at a minimum. If your property has a lush treescape, you may consider 4 cleanings.
Gutter Repair – If you have a problem with your gutters, chances are VIP can provide you with gutter repairs rather than replacement. We can fix your leaking gutters and replace hanger brackets. No matter the size of the problem, we’ll get the job done right or there’s no charge.

Proper maintenance of the Caulking of joints, windows and doors will aid in the longevity of your home or building, air quality, HVAC efficiency and overall cleanliness. Before applying any sealant or caulking any joints, we will remove all deteriorating caulking and failing backer rods. We will thoroughly cleanse the surface and surrounding area, ensuring the new caulking and/or sealant has a debris-free surface to adhere to. Then our experienced team of professionals will replace your existing caulk with the attention to detail required to ensure an air-tight and water-tight seal, keeping clean air in, while keeping insects, water and pollution out.

Floor Maintenance Services
Beginning at the initial cleaning of newly installed floors to properly restoring any flooring surface.
Terrazzo and Stone Flooring. We will power scrub your investment to remove all dirt, stains, sealers and minor scratches. (We can almost always locate and apply a proper floor finish, which will fill in and hide most scratches.)
VCT Flooring. We will power scrub and ‘strip’ your floor to its’ original finish. We will then apply as many coats of floor wax and/or sealer to reach the desired finish, suitable for the amount of floor traffic in a particular area.
Carpet Care. We can power scrub your carpet with a very soft-bristled scrubbing machine. We will then rinse and remove all chemicals and debris via a gentle yet effective steaming extractor.

Snow Plowing Services
We will clear your parking area, driveway, walkways, steps and sidewalk of snowfall and de-ice as necessary. We always spread salt and calcium in order to avoid dangerous patches of ice. Our prices are based upon accumulation, per snowstorm. We base our prices according to the size of the areas you need to be cleared and ease of access. We will provide your estimate based on the following ranges of snowfall:
Salt or Calcium Application Only
- Snow Removal up to 2”
- Snow Removal from 2” – 4”
- Snow Removal from 4” – 6”
- and so on in 2″ increments
We will bill you according to local weather reports and provide a copy along with your Invoice. Due to the nature of this work, we will only service accounts within 25 miles of our office. The areas we service are Essex County, Hudson County, Bergen County, Morris County and Passaic County.
