- We thoroughly sanitize bathrooms.
- We properly clean and polish Terrazzo and Stone flooring for everyday use.
- VCT floors are properly stripped, sealed and waxed.
- Carpets are spot cleaned, shampooed, fluid extracted and speed dried by forced air.
- General cleaning and hard to reach hi-dusting using H.E.P.A. vacuums. All horizontal surfaces are wiped clean.
- Countertops, cabinetry and furniture are thoroughly wiped clean and vacuumed.
- Appliances are maintained in like new for everyday use.
- Metals are polished to a matte finish or high sheen.
- We remove paint, plaster, stickers and other debris from windows, window frames, doors and door frames.
- Dumpsters, loading docks and driveways power washed.
- Sites and lots are cleared of litter and construction debris.
- Parking Lots are mechanically swept and cleared with magnets to reduce the hazard of punctured tires.
Graffiti Removal
Our chemical removal process actually removes the graffiti in earnest. These are cleaning products with active chemicals which remove the graffiti from the surface, usually without damage to the underlaying surface. These methods are largely effective. Sometimes time has take its toll and all of the finish must be removed and then painted over, whatever it takes, VIP Special Services’ Technicians will get the job done.
Floor Maintenance
Beginning at the initial cleaning of newly installed floors to properly restoring any flooring surface.
- Terrazzo and Stone Flooring. We will power scrub your investment to remove all dirt, stains, sealers, and minor scratches. (We can almost always locate and apply a proper floor finish, which will fill in and hide most scratches.)
- VCT Flooring. We will power scrub and ‘strip’ your floor to its’ original finish. We will then apply as many coats of floor wax and/or sealer to reach the desired finish, suitable for the amount of floor traffic in a particular area.
- Carpet Care. We can power scrub your carpet with a very soft bristled scrubbing machine. We will then rinse and remove all chemicals and debris via a gentle steaming extractor.
